After arriving at the airport of Punta Arenas, you will be transferred to Puerto Natales. On your way, you will visit the penguin colony at the Otway Estuary. Magellan penguins live here from October through to March. Observing them in their natural habitat is a truly unique experience!

Today, you will visit the wonderful Perito Moreno Glacier. is part of the Argentinean southern ice field: an immense ice mass that has buried a huge area beneath it. Visitors have the opportunity to view this natural wonder from various view points walking along safe and well sign-posted footpaths. With a bit of luck, you can even experience columns of ice breaking away from the glacier and falling into the lake with a thundering crash.
The return to Chile takes place in the afternoon, and you arrive back at Puerto Natales in the late evening.

Transfer from airport in Ushuaia to Estancia Harberton (70 km). This was the residence of the Anglican shepherd Thomas Bridges, guardian of the last natives in this area. Navigation in Zodiac boats to visit the Island of Yecapasela (around 10,000 penguins and other sub-Antarctic species). During the evening enjoy an Argentinean barbecue. Overnight at Estancia.
