DAY 1

Today you arrive to Peru. At arrival you will be assisted and transferred to the hotel, where you have a briefing about the itinerary. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about your journey in our country.

DAY 2

LIMA – CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY B / L / -

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco.

Allin Hamusqa Kapaychik!! This means welcome in Quechua, the official language of the Incas. We take a trip to the Urubamba valley, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to visit the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. The site was built just as the Spaniards arrived, and evidence of how it was constructed is still visible.

After admiring the site's magnificent past stroll through the quaint streets of today’s town. Lunch included

Continue to Pisac for an opportunity to haggle with vendors at its handicraft market. You are able to observe a magnificent view of the Urubamba valley along the way.

After your arrival you will be transferred to your hotel located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

DAY 3

SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO B / L / -

In the morning transfer to Ollantaytambo station to board the train towards Machu Picchu. Upon arrival to the station you will take a 25-minute motor coach ride to "The Lost City of the Incas", which was discovered by American explorer Hiram Bingham in 1911. Enjoy a guided tour of the marvelous citadel, a unique awe-inspiring experience. Afterwards, stroll around the archaeological site.

Lunch at Café Inkaterra.

In the afternoon take the train back to Ollantaytambo station. After arrival transfer to your hotel in Cusco.

DAY 4

CUSCO B / - / -

Take a tour of the city, starting out at the Santo Domingo convent monastery. This former Colonial monastery was previously the Koricancha Temple, one of the most important temples devoted to worship of the sun. According to the chronicles, it was covered in gold leaf and filled with golden representations of nature. Also included in the tour are stops at the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. After touring the most interesting sites of the city, drive to the countryside outside Cusco to visit some of the remarkable Inca ruins in the area. Included are the cult center of Sacsayhuaman, the Temple and Amphitheater of Kenko, and the Red Fortress of Puca Pucara.

DAY 5

CUSCO – LA PAZ B / - / -

Transfer to the airport to take your international flight.

Transfer from the airport in La Paz to the hotel.

In the afternoon City Tour in La Paz. The city of contrasts represents a unique blend of cultures and races. Indian markets, the Witch Doctor market, the main square Plaza Murillo and the Moon Valley are the local main attractions.

DAY 6

LA PAZ – SUN ISLAND/ LAKE TITICACA B / L / D

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Huatajata at the shores of Lake Titicaca. Upon arrival visit of Andean Roots Eco-Village and the Altiplano Museum. Hydrofoil cruise to the Moon Island with visit of the Sun Virgins Temple. Continuation to Sun Island and visit of the Sun Temple Pilcocaina. Soft llama Trek to the hotel.

DAY 7

SUN ISLAND – LA PAZ B / L / -

Morning at leisure. Around noon head down the original Inca Staircase to the Uma Kollo archaeological Restaurant where you have lunch with an amazing view over the lake and the Royal Range of the Andes. Continuation to Copacabana- visit of the famous “Mamita del Lago” and her shrine.

DAY 8

LA PAZ – LIMA B / - / -

Transfer to the airport for your flight to the Peruvian capital- Lima.

Arrival to Lima and transfer to your hotel.

Get acquainted with Peru's Capital City, its 2000 years of history and colonial heritage. Experience the artistic traditions and contemporary lives of its residents. Tour Lima’s Historical Center, cultural heritage of humanity according to UNESCO, and admire its imposing Cathedral. Visit Casa Aliaga, America's best preserved colonial mansion, occupied by the same family since 1535. Continue to San Francisco Monastery, a masterpiece of colonial architecture housing important colonial paintings. Finally drive through the residential districts of Miraflores and San Isidro where you enjoy a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and its beaches before returning to your hotel.

DAY 9

LIMA – QUITO B / -/ -

Transfer to the airport for your international flight.

Arrival in Quito followed by City tour of Quito. The city is one of the highest located cities in the world 2840 meters. Visit the beautiful renewed colonial centre with the Independence Square, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Francisco and Church la Compañia which is bath in Gold, an impressive local art. To finish with the city tour, visit the Panecillo, a small hill middle of the city with a fabulous view of the 45 km long and 4 km wide city and the snow-capped volcanoes.

DAY 10

QUITO – OTAVALO – CUICOCHA – QUITO B/ - / -

Early departure from Quito through to the North on the "Panamericana” avenue to the Province of Imbabura. Visit Otavalo, which is 95 km north of Quito. There you will find a colourful Indian market that for many years is performed in the "Plaza del Poncho." Place to take wonderful pictures and admire Otavalo Indians in their typical clothing, and also purchase leather products, woven products, rugs, "shigras" (colorful straw or linen woven bags), as well as hand-carved wood products. You also have the opportunity to visit the “Laguna Cuicocha”, where you can have a beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Return to Quito in the late afternoon.

QUITO B / - / -

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight home or Extension to Galapagos Islands.
