    Andrea Karina Novelli

    Born in the heart of Buenos Aires, Andrea combines  her typical "porteño" style with her love of the pampas, the “mate”,  and the horses, being a passionate supporter of the Argentine culture and  traditions.  She is a National Tourism  Guide and has a Bachelor of Tourism degree from the University of Moron  (Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina).   For years, she escorted groups of local and foreign tourists and during her tenure as a tour guide, she got to know every corner of the  country, its people, its traditions and customs.  She has been managing  her own company Scenery Travel Service for  the last 20 years, travelling around the world and sharing with her three sons  her love for Nature and her passion for adventure travel.

    When Mr. Darius Morgan Sr. founded Crillon Tours as a Ground Operator in 1958 -starting a Hydrofoil service on Lake Titicaca in 1966- he was opening to the world this fabulous highlight in the Andes, creating this way the most prestige Inbound Tour Operator in Bolivia- Crillon Tours. As pioneers of Tourism in Bolivia, they have been always one step beyond of tourism and cultural continuous changing trends.     Darius Morgan Jr. belongs to the second generation of the founders of CRILON TOURS, pioneers of Tourism in Bolivia. He learned to walk at the same time as navigating in the Titicaca Hydrofoils. He studied engineering at the University of Monterrey in Mexico obtaining a master degree in USA. Once he returned to Bolivia, he worked in all positions at CRILLON TOURS. Today, Darius Morgan Jr. permanently travels around the world and he is recognized worldwide as the most dynamic and effective promoter of Bolivia. He is married and has two boys with whom he shares his fondness for soccer and motor cross.

    Mirjam Kennedy is German, with a Latin heart and a universal mind. After traveling through several continents, she decided to settle in Bolivia, where she has lived the last 15 years, together with her three beautiful daughters. She began working in Crillon Tours as a tour guide, later in the Inbound Department, becoming today the General Marketing Assistant.  Her working capacity as well as her unwavering spirit, strengthens her commitment with Bolivia and Crillon Tours.

    Sabrina  Lander was born in Brazil but has her roots in Germany. She started her career  with Outgoing Tourism where she was active for 11 years representing German  Trade Fairs in Brazil. Afterwards she worked on a German travel agency and was  invited to a Brazilian Incoming agency to work. The acknowledgment of her work  has been confirmed when she was invited from a German Tour Operator to take  over their LATC Brazilian incoming office in Rio de Janeiro. The fascination to  her country induces her to spread this in details among others.

  • Colombia

    Torsten hails from Southern Germany and came to Colombia 15 years ago. Before that, he had traveled through Colombia by bicycle. Impressed by the kindness of the Colombians and their zest for life, it was very easy for him to decide to move here permanently. He has lived in Bogotá for many years now, is happily married and has 3 children. Torsten is also a passionate football player, and in his spare time loves to play in one of the many football fields in and around Bogotá.

    As a geographer, Stephan has been fascinated since his first visit to Colombia by the diversity of the landscapes in Colombia. He has lived in Colombia since 2008, and in May 2011 became a vital member of LATC COLOMBIA. In addition, he teaches evening geography courses at a university in Bogotá

  • Ecuador

    Grit Silberstein

    Born in Hannover, Germany, she moved to Ecuador with her parents and two siblings when she was only 6 years old. Her father was sent to Ecuador to lead an education project, financed by the German development aid organization GTZ. The family soon fell in love with Ecuador and its beautiful landscapes and cultural heritage and decided to stay in this country permanently, founding the tour Operator Galextur in 1993.

    Grit majored in economics at the University of Göttingen in Germany and completed her masters degree in international economics with mention in development economics. During her time in Germany, she decided to also spend 18 months in the UK, studying part of her master’s degree and completing a six-month internship in green economics. She also took the opportunity to work in Corse, France for 3 months in the area of hospitality, which reinforced her previous experience in this area and gave her a solid foundation to her later path in tourism and hospitality.

    Since her early years, she got involved in the family business of tourism, spending half of her childhood in her parents hotel and travelling around seeing many places of Ecuador. She also decided to get involved in the business and worked as part of the sales department as manager of the cruise ship Sulidae and afterwards started the marketing project in the firm. Since April 2018 Grit decided to take over the responsibility of leading Galextur as the new CEO.

    Grit enjoys traveling all over the world, seeing the culture and history of each place she visits and is always interested in the new tendencies of tourism and looking for new opportunities to promote Ecuador and make every guests experience unique.
